WOW! That's pretty high. Some condos run .07. We charge our tenants .05. I think WAPA is about .03-.04??
Just thought...You're not on STX, right? My prices are for St. Croix. St. Thomas and St. John may be higher, particularly St. John. But when we did live in Red Hook (STT) our condo was .05-.07.

I don't think so. Call WAPA direct and see what the rate is. I would also one of the water haulers, like Marco, and see what it is per gallon from them. I think even hauled water is less than 10 cents a gallon.

The last time we bought water from Marco on STX in May, it was $350 for 5300 gallons distilled, which is 6.6 cents per gallon.

Spoke to the owner of the apartment...he said the condo association are the ones who charge 10 cents a gallon. This is in Red Hook. I can't believe they charge double of what WAPA does...we were NOT told this when we signed the lease..
