Hi All!

I was wondering if anyone here is employed by or knows anything about International Capital & Management Company on St. Thomas? I'm curious to know about their company culture & what their reputation is on the island...Also, does anyone know what their hiring process is like, and how difficult/easy it might be to get a job there?

Thanks in advance for your responses! 🙂

I know several people who work there. I suggest you apply and see what happens. If you don't hear from them, no need for answers to your questions, IMO.

Both my rental house tenants work for them. They relocated here from Wisconsin with their 2 great Danes to work for ICMC and are happy with their jobs. They'll be here going on 3 years in Sept.

Great to know that it seems to be a great company to work for. My husband is in the interview process. Moving to the island is a big commitment for our family and it would be rough to get there and it not be all we thought it would be.

I have heard really great things from several people outside of this forum as well.

When my tenants rented my property, the company came the day before they arrived, stocked the refrigerator for them, then picked them, their 2 giant dogs and their luggage and delivered them to the house. I was impressed.

They used to have an in house concierge to help people acclimate and recommend places to go and make reservations. They are probably the best company now to work for on island.

Hi everyone. I am brand new to the board. My husband is also in the interview process at ICMC on St. Thomas. Might anyone have anything new and/or different to share in regards to working for this company? Thanks in advance.

Nothing has changed but they have expanded.

Please, specific questions.

Thank you ms411! I guess I'd like to know if anyone has heard any good or bad things about working there? There are a few company reviews online but only a handful so I'm posting here to see if there is any "word on the street" intel.

Thanks!
