Does anyone else Mid-island STX not have Innovative service? Wanted to check before I go climb up on the roof to check my own connection.

I don't have cable, but my Innovative phone is out. We have been having issues in our area for a while (mid-island, Estate St. John), so we reported it, but assumed it was just business as usual.
BTW, I was totally surprised to get my phone bill this month, and they had indeed given us credit for our down time. My bill was only $1.85.

We live in the North Shore area and our cable has been ok all day -- posted while knocking on wood. lol.
