Must be gearing up for their rate increases.

Totally appalling that after 13 years of no rate increases, they're raising the business rate by 5.45/month and the residential rate by 1.35/month. Time to contact the PSC - oh but wait, the PSC conducted an extensive investigation before allowing the increase. Darn it!

Totally appalling that we put up with 13 years of lousy service and continue to do so.

What lousy service? You can keep up the general negativity 'til de goat-dem come home but there are a slew of satisfied Innovative customers who totally disagree with you. There are way more posts on this forum about the provider you use being down.

I had Choice for many many years. The service was way below advertised speeds and went out often. I was constantly calling to have them reset my modem at their end. After I had to get the EVO upgrade for my landline, I decided to give Innovative a chance. I called, they turned it on, and I was good to go. I've had very little trouble with the service and have getting advertised speeds. Innovative is working out a lot better for me.

I have no issues nor problems at all with the DISHTV and BBVI services I use. They both provide excellent service.

I'm very happy for those presently using Innovative that it is finally providing a level of competent service after all these decades of less than adequate service.

Maybe you should just refrain from making comments using "we" along with glittering generalities such as, "all these decades of less than adequate service" as not "all a we" have the same experience.

I'll be sure to check with you the next time I post anything to see if it meets with your approval since you seem to feel it necessary to critique anything I post.
Give it a rest.

Just remember my unsolicited critiques are free of charge but otherwise there's a sliding scale fee and I only accept PayPal.

Unsolicited, mostly unnecessary and often unwanted.
No need to remember since hardly a day (or a post) goes by without a reminder. If you charged for your critiques, we'd see a whole lot less of them. 😀
Have a lovely day

I had three outages in 15 months. Not too shabby for the islands. Had two service calls to the house as outside pole connections got a little rusty.

The pricing is comparable to Comcast but Comcast speeds were 4 times higher.
