I was just wondering how the season is going down on STX. I was there last year with my fiance and 2 dogs. I miss it dearly, especially since its 35 degrees here in NY. Last year everyone told me it wa a down year due to the fact of all the cancelled flights and bad economy here in the states. I was hopeful that this season has picked up and that Omar didn't hurt the island that bad. I hope all is well with everyone down there and enjoy your holiday season. I do miss the X-mas winds, watching the kiteboarders of of the Due's house on the east end. That was my "ofice view" working at the Pelican. My winds make it 15-20 degrees with the windchill.

It's going pretty good so far...seem like there is always something going on and things to do....lots of guavaberry, coquito and mamawana flowing too! Boat Parade tonight.
