I am doing my pre move research and can not seem to find out is there internet access on St Croix in Fred? If so with who and is it high speed(ha?)

Ackley Communications offers high-speed internet, delivered wirelessly. Wireless means it's a line-of-sight based service.
If you have a view of the Frederiksted tower, you can most likely get broadband.

We get DSL service from Innovative Telephone. It costs $59.95 per month and so far has worked pretty well.

I have DSL from Innovative as well. Haven't had any problems with it other than the long wait to get it installed.
