Hello,
Is it true that Bottoms Up lost its lease? Did I hear correctly that the owners of Pirates Cove is taking it over? Or is this all a rumor?

Bottom's up never had a lease. That was the problem. Independent Boatyard has not wanted to actually give someone a lease there, but still want someone to invest money in developing a business there.
Bottom's Up is in the position of trying to sell a business with no lease whatsoever. Damn hard to do.
As far as Ackley buying it, I'm not sure so I can't comment.
