Is MoneyBookers a scam?

I saw a car on CL but it didn't say what island. I replied to ask, and they said they tried sending pictures but couldn't through CL could they have my email, so I gave it. Then I received pictures and a long story about had to leave island and price is firm and is currently is Canada. I again asked what island, and got back that the car is locked up with someone from MoneyBookers, and ready to ship to any island, included in price. Wanted a 20% down through MoneyBookers, said it held the money as a neutral party for 5 days after receiving the car. I looked on the Internet, it appears to be a legit company, but I can't help thinking the whole story sounds fishy.

The Tacoma is the right choice for the islands. When you replace the shocks and springs eventually, go with off-road grade stuff.
