Sadly the monopoly stranglehold that the VI Ear, Nose and Throat has in the USVI is a deep deep black mark in my book.

Not only do they have exhorbitant fees and rates, but they have refused to be part of a very successful Hear Now foundation that since 1995 has provided more than 65,000 hearing aids for children and adults with hearing aids when they otherwise would not have been able to afford them.

There refusal to participate has affected me directly as I had hoped to replace damaged aids with new ones.
