I have to throw a plug for Sea Flight. It's $80 from STX to STT one way. That fare rate does not change. I really enjoy flying with them. They are very relaxed and friendly and the plane is quite comfortable.
Yes you can find deals with Seaborne sometimes but if I had to pick, my preference would be Sea Flight.
