We made our first trip to STX in 2006 (we're going back this summer). I seem to recall seeing a Jeep dealership along one of the roads in or near Christiansted. Am I right or just mistaken? And, if there is a dealership for Jeeps on STX, could anyone give me an idea of what the price of a Wrangler Unlimited goes for on STX?

When you are talking to them ask them if their price includes the extra shipping from Florida and the road use tax. This is usually around $2K on top of what ever the negotiated base price is. They often include these amounts here upfront versus stateside dealers who start adding the BS charges on once they get you in the deal room.
If you buy the car stateside you will have to pay the same amount to get your car here and on the road. Also you may have to pay state sales tax unless you can register the car as in transit. Florida dealers are knowledgeable about exporting cars so you might want to talk to them.
