My friend is flying cape air to STT, then JetBlue to the states. Will cape air/jet blue allow a rum box to be checked in for free? The tickets are on the same reservation, same itinerary.

To my knowledge, neither JetBlue nor American presently charge an additional fee for checked liquor boxes. I don't know how the Cape Air/JetBlue works so you may want to check directly with Cape Air but I'm guessing there'll be no problem.

Cape Air does not charge.

Jet Blue does not charge, provided that one of the bottles is made in USVI (Captain Morgan or Cruzan Rum).

If you're not bringing any local rums, make sure that Cape Air tags your bags all the way through, so you don't get charged. I'd give them a call at 778-6768 to make sure.
