Hi all.
Does anybody have any info on how to get a job with wapa?
I work of the elec. co. in Phoenix and i am ready to get out of the dry heat. I grew up in south Florida so the wether wont be much of a problem.

WAPA claims to be "...a semi-autonomous government agency...considered a not-for profit public corporation that contributes directly to the Virgin Island Government's budget through an annual payment in lieu of taxes to the Virgin Islands Treasury." Any autonomy WAPA might think it has is imaginary. WAPA employees, like government employees, are mostly West Indian. And that does not sound too good for me then I am as far as you can get form being west indian.
6'5 300 lbs pasty white man. o well what can you do? maby the will hire me just for the hell of if. I will be the one guy everybody points at in the company softball picture.
