In less than 12 hours we are headed to STX for the last time before we move in 4 1/2 months!!! I can't wait!
While we're there my hubby has an interview (saying lots of prayers because it's a job that would be perfect for him), we're going to open an account at Bank of St Croix, and we're going to get a PO Box (probably at Surf the Net).
Is there anything else that you think we should do on this trip to make the transition easier when we move this summer?

A little hard to answer your question because I'm not sure what ya'll status is. Do both of you need to work? What type of work to you guys do, etc...
Take a look at rentals to see what you are going to get for you money. Drive during our 'rush hour' from where you think you want to live to where you will most likely work. Try to do interviews yourself while here. What types of jobs are you and hubby looking for? Spend most of the week trying to find work or an apt to get a feel for what a work week here would feel like.
Unless you are going to be working downtown your po box is going to become a huge pain very quickly. Find parking downtown is a massive pain unless you get their very early (before 8am) or have a paid for spot.
