I'm moving down July 16 and very excited because I have a job, a company apartment, and company truck and my moving expenses are being reimbursed. I just need to get rid of my unessential stuff in a yard sale, pack up the essentials to be shipped down, and make sure I have everything I think I am going to need.
If anyone has suggestions on some things which I should bring which are unavailable or expensive, I would be much obliged. I already plan on shipping down some unique spices and sauces. I will be looking for a 1 bedroom apartment on the northside and a 4x4 "mini" SUV over the next month so if anyone has any leads, I would be much obliged. Also if any young ladies (20-30) are moving down soon or in the next couple months, pm me and we can be newbies together.
