Liveaboard for one person

Anyone have any first-hand liveaboard experience with one person? Any recommendations for the best boat for a single person? I have some sailing experience and would take lessons. I really do want to be alone and be able to sail around the area by myself.

Smaller the better for single handing and maintenance expense -- 25-30' very livable - affordable - and able to sailed most anywhere if you pick the weather. Fresh water storage is one issue with a smaller boat.

Hello Edward,
I have a 30' Catalina and am relocating to VI. I have considered live aboard question is how tall are you. If you are under 6' this is the right boat. If you are over 6' I suggest the Hunter 30 with more head clearance. Both are production boats meaning many available and easy to sail.
