Good Afternoon

My Mac needs serious hardware help and I'm wondering about getting it serviced on STT. All feedback appreciated.

Thank you!!

Don't know about STT but I recently had a disapointing event with Apple service in the VI. I broke my iPhone and was sent by Apple to Paradise PC on STX. They don't work on iPhones. I'm sure Apple has someone on STT to service your Mac but I suggest you call first to be sure. (My wife took my iPhone to an Apple service center in DC and they gave her great service.)

There is a store in Al Cohen's mall across from Havensite mall which carries apple products and works on apply electronics. Its near Pizza Amore....Go through the gift shop with the hand made jewelery just outside Pizza Amore and out the back you will see the store...

BTW Pizza Amore is the best pizza on STT. Stop in for a slice and say hi to John (the owner). I'm going there today!

I've been using PC Paradise for my Macs and have had great service. Don't own an iphone. Just mac computers. You probably should send it back to the states for repair.

Note that Apple won't ship things to the VI. My wife lost her Ipod when it got stolen out of the mail between her parents in NJ and here because Apple wouldn't ship back to her directly here.

Apple is not the best choice in the VI. If you get a Dell with on site service they will send someone to your house/business to fix your laptop. It's not next day like in the states but at least they show up.
