Hi everyone,
I've been looking over this board fora while and have learned alot. I am going to UVI St. Croix this fall and am moving there in mid-late July. That gives me almost a month before I can move in on campus. Any reccomendations on a cheaper rental for a month or so. A kitchenette would be great if possible. Thanks.

Hello Duece,
Contact UVI (housing dept. maybe) and tell them about the situation and see if they can suggest something - maybe a professor or other employee might have an apartment or room they would be willing to rent to you. I had a classmate when I was at UVI who had been in a bind where they were dorm-less for a few weeks and a campus employee put them up. Not sure if it would work but might be worth a try.
Otherwise look at some of the small inns - July is off season so I am sure you could ask and get a special rate for a month stay. Maybe Carringtons Inn or Hotel Caravelle or King Christian. I don't know whether they have kitchettes though.

Hi All,
I am still looking for a long term rental in mid May, If any one knows of anything
I would certainly appreciate the information. (on SST) 1 0r 2 bedrooms.
