I'm interested in purchasing a 1-2 br condo on STC/STT from a private party. No disprect is intended towards any realtors reading this post. If I have no luck with a private party, I will then consider your services. I will be visiting the island quite soon and will be available to view properties at that time.
To any potential sellers, my financing is all approved and I'm ready to buy. I don't intend drag out the transaction. So if anyone is serious about selling their property please reply.

Have you tried the Island Trader or the Virgin Islands Daily Newspapers?

We bought ours from an owner that we met while staying at an STT property.
If you're interested in a condo try contacting the owner's association at each of the properties that interest you. Perhaps you'll get lucky (like us).
