cassy: If you are already on St Thomas, you should be beating the pavement instead of looking on line! Go to places you think you would like to work and ask! Ask everyone you know if they have heard of anything. If you are looking for bar/restaurant work, get your health card. You might be in the right place at the right time.

I know of a 115 ft. boat that takes cruise ship passengers on a tour over to Trunk Bay, St. John for snorkeling. They are hiring. PM if you're interested.

I will be moving to the island in two weeks and have also been looking for a job. Is there any other info you could give me about the cruise ship expeditions to St. John like how many people they're looking to hire and the pay? Feel free to email me at [email protected] Thanks!

There are often mate jobs on the various day boats- seems they have a lot of turnover! They will want to see you in person, frequently they want you to have CPR/first aid experience, outgoing personality, ability to swim/snorkel, teach others to do so. Pay varies but is greatly augmented by tips.
