Looking to relocate to St. Thomas, searching for a job on the island. Work in EMS currently, would like to do something related to EMS. Enjoy doing alot of different things, so am open to other options. If anyone has suggestions please respond.

I think the Roy Lester Schneider Hospital would be a great place to start. I know they are always in need of nurses, so they may need other fields filled, as well. www.viphonebook.com Good luck!

EMS is part of the Health Department, not the hospital. There has been talk of merging with the Fire Department, as it is in many communities, but that is not currently the way they operate. I do not see a separate number for them. You can call the Commissioner's office at 340-774-0117 to get some guidance. One caveat: the salaries in that department are much lower than those you may be currently enjoying.
