Hello,

I am very much interested in purchasing a small hotel, preferably on St Croix, but open to any other island if it "floats our boat", as my daughter calls it. We are looking for a resort that has between 10 and 25 rooms, a swimming pool, or room to put one in, close to or on the beach, with a restaurant on the property.

Please email me at belizeresort@msn.com.

Hello Kira,

I noticed two b&b/smal hotel listings today. Both had pools, neither were on a beach. Check out the MLS.

Go to http://www.sunrealty.vi/

and then choose any of the Search Property links and then choose Search all MLS on the left side (once in the MLS you will have the option of selecting only commercial listings.)

Hi Kira,

The Waves on STX is for sale by the Russian woman who currently owns the place. Her price is somewhat high, tho . . . $1.4 million . . . and it's only 14 rooms, I think. I was told, too, that it would need quite a lot of work to make it really nice, maybe as much as another $1 million.

Wish I had them kinda bucks . . . I'd love to own a B&B or small hotel myself. And I've got an ex with architecture and construction experience who wouldn't mind coming down here to help. 🙂

Hi Kinsey,

Islander's lead sent me on a wave and I came across this one. I would rather spend a million building right next to this one. I have heard about the Waves from several folks who all agreed that it is very run down.

Trying to get more info on this one.

Hello Kira,

Wanted to look at which one you were looking at but that link is just to the mls home page. What is the listing number of the property so we can go look at it.

Hello Islander,

MLS List #04-1395, The Inn at Pelican's Height. The only problem is that it is not very close to the ocean. Also,

Kira
