Hi,
I've heard that if you get to Magens Bay Beach early or late in the afternoon it is free. Is this true? And if so, what time do you need to be in by for it be free?

Well if there's no one at the gate, then yes, it's free!! I think someone is at the gate 8am-6pm...

You can also go in by boat, for free, anytime.

I believe it is also free if you walk down the "hill" on the trail that starts at Drake's seat!
