Contemplating a move to the islands. I have a medical condition and would like to know about hospitals and the quality of care on the island?

I work in healthcare on St Thomas. The answer depends on your needs. Not every medical specialty is represented in USVI. If you can be more specific about your medical condition you will more than likely get an informed response.

Hello Matt,
As Parrothead noted not all specialities are represented and even if they are not all with the same level of quality or quanity of doctors - you can visit the hospital web sites online to determine whether the service you need is offered and also you might visit the yellow pages and see what doctors are listed so you have an idea of private practioners.
