Headline: Flood Advisory issued November 04 at 4:46PM AST until November 04 at 7:45PM AST by NWS San Juan

The National Weather Service In San Juan Has Issued An* Urban And Small Stream Flood Advisoryfor The Following Islands...In The U.S. Virgin Islandssaint Thomas And Saint John* Until 745 PM AST* At 444 PM AST...Doppler Radar Indicated Numerous Showers Andthunderstorms Moving Towards The Advisory Area. These Areas Ofshowers And Thunderstorms Have The Capability Of Producing Moderateto Heavy Rainfall Which Will Lead To Urban Flooding And Rises Onsmall Streams And Creeks.Most Flood Deaths Occur In Automobiles. Never Drive Your Vehicle Intoareas Where The Water Covers The Roadway. Flood Waters Are Usuallydeeper Than They Appear. Just One Foot Of Flowing Water Is Powerfulenough To Sweep Vehicles Off The Road. When Encountering Floodedroads Make The Smart Choice...Turn Around...Dont Drown.&&
