Has anybody been following the dairy farming on STX? I hope the co-op makes it. It would be fantastic to get some organic farming going on STX.

That looks like it could be a fantastic way for the islands to help themselves, if you can produce it here, why not?
Importing on a whole seems to be the way of life for the USVI.
I am for anything that curbs that trend!
