I have seen many posts on cars regarding fees, tax and lic./reg. that is needed, but can anyone tell me about a bike. What type of fees,inspections, etc. are their and how are they cal. Is there a helmet law.

Yes, there is a helmet law. Bikes need to be inspected fees paid, etc., just like automobiles. But if you 'know a guy', he can do all the paperwork for a fee, without even having the bike present. Legal? No. Done all the time? Yes. In my almost 8 years here, I have never been to inspection lane. Neither has my bike.

What kind of service/support is there on STX for motorcycles? I am relocating in 6/06 and was wondering what dealers were on island?

Any help would be appreciated.

Try the Yellow Pages at www.viphonebook.com I am unaware of any motorcycle 'dealers' on STX, but I live on STT, so what do I know, right? Haha! Good luck!
