For those who have moved back to mainland from STX - can you comment on moving/packing/shipping experiences?

In 2012 we moved from STX to Ohio. We used Brandon Transfer and were very satisfied. They provided door to door service. They came to the STX house noting everything we were sending back & measured any furniture we were shipping. A few days later a truck came to the house to transport our stuff to their warehouse where it was prepared for part of a sea container shipment. They delivered everything to our house in Ohio a few weeks later.

I've used Bob Lynch Trucking three times.

On my first move to STX they received and delivered to the house my container from the states. When I moved from STX to NorCal they packed our belongings into boxes, loaded them into a container, and shipped the container to CA where it was received and delivered by stateside agent. When returning to STX I arranged for them to receive my container and deliver it to the house.

On both moves to STX we shipped a vehicle in the container. They off loaded them at their warehouse. And delivered them to the houses with their own flatbed tow truck.

Each experience was positive. I recommend them always.
