I have an 8-year old son, 3rd grader, who would be moving with me to St. Thomas and so would need to send him to school. Can you suggest an area and a school that is low-crime, family -oriented, safest where we could live? And are there any children's soccer programs on St. Thomas?

Vicki,

I am also considering a move to STT, and was there earlier this month to check out the private schools on the island. I posted a message on this board on June 9th: "Info Re: daycares and schools". There's also a link from this website to info about schools.

Hello Vicki,

You could try Montessori or Antilles for very good schools (private) with soccer and other sports.
