Moving to STX and broadband

Greetings, I hope everyone is well. I'm anticipating a move to St. Croix after summer and have a few questions if you don't mind.

I'd like to be in an area where I can get along without a car for awhile, preferable a town area. Because I will be running a small internet tourism site from there, I'll need broadband, too.

It would also be grand to have a small place for awhile at a fair rent before moving into a more long-term lease.

Does anyone have any suggestions on this?

Hi Jim,
The problem is that town is far from everything. The towns mainly consist of resturants and shops. Grocery stores, etc. are in the inner island. It makes it difficult if one does not have a car. Inner Island might be a better option for you.

If you lived in or near Gallows Bay you could get by without a car. You can get all your basic needs in Gallows Bay including groceries and it is a short walk to town.

Thank you both. Hopefully, being without a car will not be a permanent lifestyle.

Slan go foil,
Jim
