Couldn't find anything online. I'm looking to buy a acoustic guitar on St. Croix, anyone know of a store? Or should I buy here and just bring one on the plane? Not sure what the airlines would charge for this, but I'll check. Also, for those that may have a guitar there, do you do anything special when storing it for long periods of time? Thanks.

Check out the VI craigslist and the buy and sell on Facebook, I think I have seen some as of lately.

I opted to buy in the States and bring it down with me because I had a much better selection at better prices. Recently passed federal regs now require airlines to accept musical instruments as carry-ons with no extra fee as long as it fits in the overhead. Mine did, and I had no trouble. As far as maintenance is concerned, I keep it in a zippered case and wipe it down occasionally.

I went there a few years ago. Nice place. I also heard they were closing. Can't verify since I haven't been back.
