My grass is dying. Help on STX?

I don't know what is going on with my grass, but it is dying. We have a regular lawn care service, but they just mow and trim, not really experts. Anyone else having,or had, this problem on St. Croix? We have had plenty of rain. Whom should I call for advice or a consultation? Thanks for any suggestions.
