We are building a home in St John and I thought I would post my blog if anyone is interested in reading it.

This is our home not a rental and I am writing this blog with the purpose of being informational and entertainment 🙂

Hi sebasco,

Thanks for taking on this huge blogging effort. I think you'll find your documentation helpful throughout the life of your home.

I've read some of the other building blogs and they are all really informative, and very entertaining.

Best of luck with your building project.

I'm curious... did your architect give you plans in Google Sketchup, or put their house model in Google Earth so that you could see what it would look like on your lot?

No he didn't, Our so Called "architect" turned out to be a designer, who had an engineer approve his my plans. He was useless!! But it sounds like a great idea!!!

Nice blog and pic's. Just curious, is Sunnyrock Building & Design (Mongoose Junction St John) having anything to do with building your home?

No they are not. We have been acting as General Contractor and hiring consultants when we need professional opinions. We are not in contact with Sunnyrock at all.
