I see a large naval vessel approaching STJ/STT from the east. Too hazey to make out details from here (east end STX) But appears to have decks for launching helos. (tu)

She just turned around. Is anchored. She appears to be British.

Consortium reported several US navy ships anchored 20 miles offshore providing assistance.

we have a few ships, several air frames (7 cargo planes last I saw, plus blackhawks, Osprey etc..), a lot of marines, navy and additional national guard units (air and army).

My shop is working 24/7 (I'm on night shift right now) there's a lot of activity going on to support STT and STJ.
