I will be moving to St Thomas in a few months and will be purchasing a vehicle. I plan on staying there about 6 months and selling it again before returning to the states.
What I would like to know is if $1500 would be enough to get a vehicle? I don't care if it's run down I just need it to last me 6 months;)
As long as it runs, takes me from point a to point b, and I don't have to take it to the shop all the time, I'll be happy...even if it's an eye sore lol. I just want to know if it's doable. I've seen some on Craigslist at that price but they probably won't be available when I move.
