Hi All,
Coming down to close our the new property we just bought and having a hard time finding a place to stay...this is last minute and know this is spring break week is why I am having trouble. Looking for something reasonable and not fancy....we just aren't that type...

Perhaps you already know this but in case you don't, you can close by overnighting paperwork between the states and STT with FedEx. Closings frequently get held up, for example when someone doesn't show up for work and she's the only person in the office who is qualified to use the staple remover, so it can be risky to have a one week window to close.

Our closing was held up due to some typically Cruzan confusion and we just left Island anyway and closed on the deal from up in the US - fax machines and power of attorney work wonders
