Before you get your hopes to high go online and look at their customer ratings at DSL reports.

That is a different company on DSL reports from the one mentioned in daily news...

Possible, but when I looked at the corporate hierarchy it appeared they had the same corporate parent.
Time will tell. Even if it is the same company perhaps the experience in the USVI will be better.
When Choice launched their new data service many people rushed to try it and found the promised speeds could not be delivered consistently.
