Hello all- I have been following these message boards for a while but this is my first post. We are planning a move to St Thomas in February. I'm a registered nurse. Currently I work in a dialysis unit at a level 1 trauma hospital and was wondering how the hospital there is to work for?

It's about like any other hospital. I think most of the nursing staff are still traveling nurses, which I would guess helps in keeping nurses that want to be there versus those that don't. My last trip there, I had a great experience and found the nurses and doctor to be great.
