I drove past Sunny Isles this week and the construction fence has gone up around the old Pueblo and a sign says "opening soon - OfficeMax". So the rehab has started. Has anyone heard from Eric Bell, the man who was coming down to oversee the opening and manage the store? I remember he planned to come down at the end of September. Maybe it wil be open by Christmas.
