Just read Old Stone Farm House is closed until September or October. Major renovations.
Wonder what improvements their going to do. Anybody know? Menu changes?
Same article said Off The Hook is closed for good. Seems tourist season wasn't too good this year. Off the Hook had been around for eons.

The lease was over for Off The Hook and the building is slated for replacement and/or serious renovation -- with the opening of the new Terminal adjacent to it and the amount of recent construction in Red Hook the value of that parcel especially with dock space and water frontage has certainly changed and is likely to have a better projected ROI with new construction and leases.
There is certainly plenty of available rental space in the Red Hook area currently and less free parking than ever so hopefully they have a good plan for that location.
