My most amazing and beautiful friend Kim Lucas will be on HGTV again tonight. She's been on the show Beachfront Bargain hunt showcasing her realtor skills once before and this is another episode. HGTV at 8:00 🙂

More than once, or at least on Caribbean Life I think.

They have an aerial fly by shot during the intro of the brand new $$$$ "villa" next to Villa Margarita in Salt River, STX's newest I imagine. And a shot of Pelican Cove just before the beach house tour with all the Sargassum up on the beach.:D

That's this place: http://villasantacruz.com/
It was built around 2007.

Your right, so the footage is old. It did not have the new villa in between Villa Margarita and Santa Cruz.

Yea they said it was filmed a year and half ago. Kim said that house had my name all over it - it was move in ready for me! Such a cool place! I am told they took a lot of the cool stuff out thou 🙁

The lady that owned it was the lady that owned the store thats now the blue mutt. I forgot the name but very balinese and SUCH an amazing store. I was two years too late on the house and kinda bummed that the store is gone too - as i wanted to buy like half of it lol.

Gone Tropical. In the early 70's it was called The Compass Rose. I loved shopping in both! This was a great episode. Kim Lucas does a wonderful job of steering every comment the buyers make into something positive. A mark of a good salesperson 🙂

I know HGTV has really helped to show off St. Croix and present things in a very positive way. I know there has been a substantial increase in real estate activity because of it. I've heard there are 6 more episodes already filmed and set to broadcast after New Years.
I think Chris Hanley, Kim Lucas snd other agents have done far more for USVI tourism than our tax dollar funded Department of Tourism has ever done.

I thought it was interesting that tonight's new episode of Beachfront Bargain Hunt on STX was sponsored by Celebrity Cruises.
