I saw in an earlier post, not sure where but it had referenced the legality of open alcohol containers in automobiles in the usvi. Not a fan of the drinking and driving but i was curious as to if it is in fact legal or not?

In the VI it is legal to drink and drive but illegal to drive drunk. Of course, drinking impairs one's ability to gauge when one is legally drunk.

What is the legal intoxication percent? In North Carolina it is .08

yeah, it's legal, but don't be on your cell phone or caught without your seatbelt because those are SERIOUS offenses lol
