Last night was a beautiful snow fall in Denver. When I got up this morning I had a cup of coffee on the sun porch and admired the blanket of white. We're over it.
Thanks to everyone that has answered my questions. My wife and I are doing a scouting trip to STJ at the end of the month. Our PMV will be June and July, we will probably just extend the PMV into living.

Good luck and be prepared for island living!
At least, you won't be shoveling snow! Enjoy.

Alana33,

Thank you. Once we make the move we will be commited for the year, our son will be in school. If we don't like it we can move away, at least we won't ask "what if"

Good Luck Denver. keep us posted. I have made many trips to STJ and hope to move permanently in 2020. Beginning in the next year or two I will be spending my Februaries in STJ for extended PMV experiences. I wish you well and am curious as to how everything goes for you and your family.

We're currently in the process of house selling, shipping, giving away, selling cars and RVing across the country with animals for an arrival in June!

I don't think a 40' RV will work on the islands
