Looking for a pain management Doctor either on st Croix or st Thomas..need to get some relief from my back pain. Spine specialists have done everything they can do

I know there are a few in STT. Think one is behind the RLS Hospital.
Can't recall the name but you should be able to find either online or in the VI Telephone book.
Possibly your physician can refer you?
Back pain is no fun!

The one that was in St Thomas has been gone for quite some time. Have you tried physical therapy?
