Does anyone have an idea about where to get passport photos on St Thomas now that Blazing Photos is closed?

Hi East Ender,
If you have a digital camera (does not have to be expensive at all), a printer and photo paper you can make your own. I just did mine (and my wife's) a few months ago - it was accepted. See http://www.dpchallenge.com/tutorial.php?TUTORIAL_ID=22. I used PowerPoint to scale and crop mine.

There's some place in Nisky Center that has a Passport photos sign in the window. I don't know if that's the store you just mentioned though, never paid that much attention.
Hope I helped a little.

There isa aplce over on the west side right by the Kentucky Fried Chicken at Nisky Ceneter. They are about 10.
