No, but you can do it yourself with a digital camera and printer. Photo guidelines here: http://travel.state.gov/passport/pptphotoreq/pptphotoreq_5333.html

I took my own for my last renewal. Auto timer on my camera. Was able to shoot as many as I wanted until I found the least awful picture 😀

There is a photo shop in the Nisky Center. Can't remember the name, but they do passport photos.

Last time I needed them I had them done at KMart. The little "studio" was in the back of the shoe department. Give KMart a call to make sure they're still there but it was very quick and easy.

Safe travels and have a good time in the states. I'm sure you will be in awe when you actually see certain things up close and personal, like supermarkets, malls, historic sites, decent roads(remember drive on the right-lol), etc.
(Fifteen years is a long time. Hope you are going for good reasons and nothing bad has happened.)

Pamela, my dear, you do know that there is an airport ritual you have to go through when you return to the mainland for the first time in a long time? I think the cut-off date for avoiding it is ten years, so prepare yourself. You need to wear as many heavy protective undergarments as possible in order to get through it with the minimum of bumps and bruises - in fact if you know someone in law enforcement, a bullet-proof vest works really well.

Basically, you'll be pulled aside before the 'plane takes on passengers and taken by car to the back of the runway where those heavy duty hoses they use for washing down the 'planes will be turned on you. They're pretty high velocity so lean forward so you don't knocked over on your keester. They only hose you down for a few seconds but it feels like an eternity. I've heard many different reasons for the rationale behind the apparent lunacy of this tradition but none of it makes much sense - but of course anyone who lives here for a long time accepts the fact that "making sense" of many things here is a bit of an oxymoron.

Just wanted you to be prepared as this is something which isn't widely known and it's always helpful to be prepared, particularly for something like this.

Have a great time in FLA and bring back some freshly-picked oranges and grapefruits!!!!!

Ummm... why do you need a passport photo if you're just going to the states?

I could travel on my birth certificate and voters registration card - it has a photo. But this just seems simpler in the short run.

Edited to add: Yes, Beachcomber this trip is just for FUN! Going to the Tampa Bay Blues Festival then on to see the family in Jacksonville and then to a nudist resort for a few days. YAY!
