Could someone please recommend a place to buy mid-priced, quality patio/pool furniture, specifically chaise lounges, on STT? Home Depot's quality has been less than desired and Kmart hasn't had any.

Unless you're in a mad rush, keep an eye on craigslist. These are the sorts of things people don't take with them when they leave.

Ageo in Bovoni may be able to order for you.
While I love what Silk Greenery has, their things are not in my modest and realistic budget.
I've ordered living room furniture thru Ageo, previously.
Good quality, holds up well in our tropical climate.
Years later shows very little wear.
You maybe able to get more reasonable prices and larger selections with a trip to PR and ship via the Norma G to STT. I've done that before as well.

Haven't been out there in awhile.
If it did, it's too bad as owner was very nice and prices delivered were very good.
