Good Evening,
Does anyone have a personal trainer recommendation, preferably someone willing to work on the East end of STX? My husband is looking to get back in shape and needs the motivation of a personal trainer. Thanks much, Kim

Call or visit Flex VI in Golden Rock ( http://flexvi.com/) 773-8888. I know that there are at least two personal trainers there -- one man and one woman. I can only assume that they might travel for the right price if your husband would prefer not to go to the gym to work out there.
