can dogs run at any beaches or parks in stt? i am all about the leash thing for their safety but my little guy needs exersize.

Dogs are not allowed in the national park. We take the pooch to Vessup Beach, Hull Bay and there is a great little beach for dogs back behind Compass Point Marina.

Hello Kirby,
No dog parks or beaches here. You don't see dogs at the popular beaches mostly because they aren't allowed (ie. Magens Bay or any of the beaches with resorts on them). There are a few beaches where dog owners take their dogs; primarily the ones Pamela mentioned that are more off the beaten path or more locally visited.
