This sounds like fun, and nobody in Caribbean has signed up yet. I may try this on my next trip to States.
They're calling it the "airbnb" of dining.

ms411.......thanks for the link.......most interesting......I'm originally from Manhattan and never heard of them.........I had been an executive chef for 30+ years and then opened my own place..........sold it all and retired.

You're welcome! I thought it was a great concept, and people are looking for more interaction with locals. I think it originated in Europe and has now reached the States.
I recommended it to a cook/special events coordinator on STT, and to a caterer on St John.
If you decide to apply, please keep us posted as to what happens.
